Born in 1990, Anthony began learning the guitar at the age of 7. He initially tackled classical music, then as a teenager he turned to jazz and improvised music. Anthony first studied at the Bourg-en-Bresse CRD. After obtaining his DEM for guitar in 2008, he entered the CNR de Lyon in the bass class of Jérôme Regard. That same year, Anthony had the opportunity to play at the Opéra de Lyon with André Charlier and Benoît Sourisse, co-founders of the Center des Musiques Didier Lockwood. This meeting will be decisive for the rest of his career since Anthony joined the CMDL in 2009. He graduated with honors the following year, after being enriched by the teachings of guitarists such as Pierre Perchaud, Manu Codjia, Olivier Louvel, Louis Winsberg, Manu Galvin, Fred Loiseau, or Mathias Berchavsky. In contact with the different groups of varied styles in which he evolves, Anthony has become a versatile guitarist, rich in influences and diverse musical cultures (le Sextet à Claques, Awake, Nowhere, Etienne M'Bappe and the prophets, At Home, Bastien Picot, Natasha Rogers Group). Anthony also had the opportunity to share the stage with musicians such as Dave Liebman, André Charlier and Benoît Sourisse, Jérôme Regard, Bill Evans, Mike Manieri, John McLaughlin, Oliver Ker Ourio, Franck Tortiller. In 2014, after four years of discoveries, meetings and musical friendships, Anthony felt the need to release the music he heard inside and decided to create his own group. He surrounds himself with talented musicians, endowed with a common energy and sensitivity. Anthony Jambon has made a name for himself among lovers of teleportation in aerial worlds, thrills and crazy races. A talented young guitarist with a crystalline and racy playing, Anthony released in April 2017 his acclaimed debut album, "Precious Time" (Klarthe Records / Harmonia Mundi). A logical extension of the first opus, 'Parrallel Worlds', her second album, was released in October 2018 and distils her dreamlike world to perfection.
